a) Caregiver of Crestview Assisted Living (Monday-Sunday)

b) Resident can have lunch at Senior Center Monday - Friday paid by Crestview

c) Resident will prepare own food

Breakfast and Dinner food provided from grocery list given each week to resident

Coordinated medical care/house calls 

All linens and towels provided

Once a week house keeping

Weekly grocery shopping bought and delivered by Crestview Food Manager

Pharmacy services provided

Off street parking

Safe guard bathrooms

Activity programs available with assisted living

Transportation to all VA appointments
